Certified 3 stars by the accredited organization COFRAC « ÉTOILES DE FRANCE » (download the certificate), the cottage is on one level and can host 2 adults and 1 child under 2 years old. It is also tailored to ease the everyday life of the senior citizens.
With a surface area of 40 m² (around 430.55 sq ft), it offers a living area with a living room and a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, as well as a furnished terrace overlooking the garden.
Living Room
The living room is furnished with 2 armchairs, with cushion and plaid cover on each, a coffee table, a TV stand with flat screen TV/TNTSAT, DVD player, Stereo HiFi System (Bluetooth/USB/MP3/CD/radio player).
Also in the living room, a secure Wi-Fi Internet box, a small bookcase with books and DVDs, board games and outdoor games.
Kitchen
The kitchen with dining area is fully equipped, with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric oven, microwave, gas stove, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, steamer… The kitchen linen (dish towels) is at your disposal and the dishes are provided for 6 persons !
Also available : iron and ironing board, laundry drying rack, vacuum cleaner.
Bedroom
It has 2 single beds 90 x 200 cm with night table, a 3-door wardrobe with space for hanging, 2 chairs, a mirror and pegs.
2 pillows per person, duvets, blankets.

Bathroom
It includes a walk-in shower (non-slip and equipped with a shower seat and grab bar), a basin and a toilet (with 2 grab bars), a hair dryer and towel warmer radiator.

Terrace and Garden
The terrace is private and furnished with a table and chairs for 4 people, a patio set for 4 people, 2 deckchairs, a parasol and… a barbecue for sunny days !
In front of the terrace, a garden completes the package !
Non-smoking inside the cottage, at your convenience outside !
Pets can be accepted under conditions and prior agreement
(not entirely enclosed land with many animals nearby).
