In return we send you an email confirming availability with the rental contract with annexes.
The reservation will only be confirmed after payment of the deposit within two weeks after the reservation and receipt of the rental contract duly completed and signed

Arrival between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm
Departure at the latest at 10:00 am - Duration of the stay :
- Minimum 2 nights
- except in July and August: bookings are from Saturday to Saturday (7 nights), fewer nights are possible but subject to availability...
- Tourist tax : €1.00 per night per person (set annually by the Communauté de Communes Morvan Sommets et Grands Lacs)
- Deposit on booking: 30% rounded up to the higher euro of the rental amount (Article 4 - Conclusion of the contract)
- Deposit against damage: 220 € to be sent with the payment of the balance (Article 12 - Security deposit or bond and return procedure20*
- Mandatory packages :
- Mandatory cleaning service at the end of the stay: 60 € (Article 13 - Rent / Expenses)

Electric heating (from 01/01 to 13/05/2023 and from 16/09 to 31/12/2023) : 5 € / day

However, if the weather is mild, this daily fee can be reimbursed.
